Most orders are dispatched the same day if received by 3pm.
All Orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Standard Delivery to a UK address is free. The service is Royal Mail Second Class Signed which takes 2 to 3 days.
Express Delivery is a next day service by Royal Mail Special Delivery and the cost is extra - £12.65
International Delivery is by Royal Mail International Track and Signed For and the cost is £15 for Europe and £25 for the Rest of the World.

You can return any unsuitable item to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in a saleable, unworn condition and returned to us with the additional items including; box, swing tag, plastic covers, instructions etc.
Once received and checked a refund will be credited to your PayPal or Debit/Credit card account.
We recommend using a tracked/signed for service for returns in order to show safe return to us.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If however the item is faulty then we will refund your return shipping cost for the faulty item when returned within 30 days of your purchase.
If you wish to return an item please contact us by either email to email@example.com Or by phone on 07747 576376. We will then email you with a returns form. You will need to confirm the reason for return and whether you require a refund, repair or exchange. Along with your name, address and order number.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for a refund if the item has been worn or used/adjusted. In this case the item will be repaired under warranty if the fault is cover by the terms of the warranty. If the problem is not covered by the warranty e.g. the item has been damaged through use or misuse then a charge for the repair may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It will probably be the case that the item will need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair under the manufacturer’s warranty. If it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the repair and the subsequent return shipping will be completed free of charge.
Please check your watch manual/instruction booklet for information on what is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If repair work is not covered, then an estimate of the costs involved will be provided by the manufacturer.
